A Brief Biographical Sketch of Len Hamilton Never done anything like this before, so please bear with me as I try to impart a bit of my background to you. Of course, you may have absolutely no interest in who I am or what I am doing. In that event, I'd like to ask a question: Why are you on this page? Fair enough, right? Maybe you just wanted to see what was here; maybe you have some lesser reason for so doing. My guess is that everyone who visits here likely falls into one category or the other. Thanks for looking, whatever the reason. Maybe we'll meet someday. The basics, then, for those who feel a need to know: I accepted Christ Jesus as my Lord and Savior in May, 1989. Much of my time and effort is spent in spreading the News of Salvation to those who will hear it. I am 56 years of age, male, not married, heterosexual. My primarily public education was in Virginia. I left school in the 12th grade to enlist in the US Army, Vietnam era. I have been all over America. I was a hammer swinger and construction roustabout for most of my life. I have little to show from it all, except a love of this country and its beauty. The many relationships I formed, and the many friends I gained, are equally valued by me. Go see our country as soon as possible. I was raised to never run from a fight. I learned early that opponents either fight fair, or they don't. Some will utilize the most unexpected weapons. I usually have trouble recognizing the difference between those two until it is too late. I often fight until I exhaust everyhing I have as a result, then I rest and go back again. You never get ahead by quitting, unless its from overeating, sex, alcohol or other drugs and stuff like that. I sometimes (and no, I'm not proud of it) use cursewords in some of my stories told to others. But that's real life. Please don't try to tell me you never use less than perfectly acceptable language at all times. I don't respect liars. I may, from time to time or for different reasons, add to this page. It probably doesn't matter. Aside from those who have already left this page, if you have any questions you'll contact me. Right? I usually end by saying something like this - Remember: Always work for peace, never compromise with evil in any form. It's our priviledge and an inherent duty to preserve the American Way of life! It's gotten nearly shoulder length this year because I quit cutting it; there's no mystery here. Sometimes, a guy just does things like that.
